To my heavenly bass brother Harry. You already know that you're missed in our household. The news of your passing was truly something I was not prepared to hear. Over the years our friendship grew closer and stronger. I have not been able to rest or go a minute of my day without thinking about all the times we spent hanging out together. From backstage at various shows to the streets of New York. All of our phone conversations have been playing throughout the day in my mind just like it was yesterday. I'll never forget a part of one of our interviews when you stated that you wanted me to fill in for you with the Tempts while you filled in for me on my radio show The Love Zone. Doing The Love Zone was just one of your many unfulfilled dreams. Harry, you'll always be known as one cool brother to me. Melvin was my main man, but you respectfully earned your place on my shelf of "World Class Bass Singers." Your smiles and playful laughter on and off stage will always be forever embedded in my soul.
Rest in peace my brother, rest in peace. Sunrise:January 19, 1950 Sunset: April 3, 2006

You got the chance that a lot of us will never ever have, you are truly a Temptation. However, I will not fret nor will I be sad ,at least not for long. Brother Harry though you will be missed by Family and Friends, you will now take your rightful place in the Heavenly Choir. And it definitely does not get any better than that. My most humble condolences to the Gilberry Family and those who knew him best of all.
